Yes. Every job comes with a written workmanship guarantee plus the manufacturer warranty on materials. Both documents are handed over on completion.

How long does a typical roof project take?

A repair is usually one to two days. A full re-roof on an average semi takes five to seven working days depending on weather and access. We'll give you a clear timeline in your written quote.

Do you supply the materials too?

Yes. Our quotes include all materials sourced from BBA-certified suppliers. You see the breakdown so there are no surprises.

What if it rains during a re-roof?

We work in stages and deploy heavy-duty temporary covers at the end of each day. The roof is never left exposed. If a serious storm front arrives mid-project we down tools, secure the property and resume when it's safe.

Do you scaffold the property or work from cherry pickers?

Almost always full scaffolding. It's safer, faster and produces a tidier finish than working off ladders. The scaffold cost is itemised in your quote.

Do you take card payments?

Yes, all major debit and credit cards, plus bank transfer and cash. Stage payments are available on larger projects.
